Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached)
  • In the original packaging (including any boxes, dust bags, or protective packaging)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or saftey reasons, including:

  • Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, etc.)
  • Underwear and swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

Return Process

1 Initiate Return

Start your return by filling out our online return form below or contacting our customer service team.

2 Package Items

Securely pack your items in the original packaging. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.

3 Ship Back

Use the prepaid return label we provide or ship using a trackable method. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of approval.

4 Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.), we'll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless you choose to use our prepaid return label service (a flat fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund).

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Exchange Policy

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange
  2. We'll place the new order for you once we confirm availability
  3. Return your original item following our standard return process
  4. Once we receive your return, we'll ship your exchange item

Note: For exchanges where the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference.

International Exchanges

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping and reshipping of the new item. We recommend checking sizing charts carefully before ordering to avoid the need for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@zithandetradehub.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange for a free return and send a replacement if available, or issue a full refund.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products come with manufacturer warranties that extend beyond our return window. Please check your product documentation for warranty information and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, we typically process refunds within 5-7 business days. It may then take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account, usually 3-5 business days.

Can I return an item I purchased on sale?

Yes, sale items can be returned within the standard 30-day return window unless marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. Sale items are refunded at the purchase price.

What if I lost my receipt?

If you made your purchase online, we can look up your order with your email address. For in-store purchases without a receipt, we may be able to offer store credit at the current selling price.

Can I return an item to a physical store?

Yes, online purchases can be returned to any of our retail locations. Please bring your order confirmation email or packing slip. Some exceptions may apply for items only sold online.

What if my return is past the 30-day window?

Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion, possibly for store credit rather than a refund to your original payment method. Please contact customer service for assistance with late returns.
